Crazy

Well yesterday I had come back from going to a bar called Roadkill that was closing for good. And I came back, and I saw the most surprising thing. The tree from next door had blown over knocked the wall over and had spread out all over our garden. It was an unexpected scene, so I made the most of it and took some pictures. As well as that we are also trying to fix a leaking pipe that’s in our garden. So I guess we aren’t having the best of luck. Well here are the photos, nothing amazing but still.

A good day

Yesterday was pretty damn good, if slightly stressful though. I had come back from handing in my C.V (for job application), and then my friends rang up saying how they’ve finished their final exam. And I already had nothing better to do, so I invited Chris and Will round to mine. We basically got food from the chip shop near mine and Chris ended up still being hungry and got a Pizza, greedy *&%#*. But in all honesty even if it was a simple night it was still real good fun, plus he brought round his PS3 and I already had my Xbox Elite so we had endless fun. I might start on trying to update my Art’s page within the next few days; it will probably be Graphic Design and maybe some Anime. Oh and one more thing I should be going up to my Nan and Grandpa’s caravan for a few days over half term, so maybe I will get some good photo’s while I’m there to add to my Digital photography page and maybe get a chance to do some sketches.

Could have gone better

Well I woke up today feeling okay, not in the best of moods however. Probably because I had an examination for my courses I chose in the college for the beginning of September. However this examination was to check if I had dyslexia, because apparently a lot of creative people have this. So I guess they needed to check but I think I would have known by now. However it was sort of patronizing seeing how I had already past my GCSE’s in both English and Mathematics and had gotten an A in my English, not to mention that the adult in the room was talking in a way like we where inferior to him. However better to get it over and done with, so I get back home and later on start to cook some spaghetti Bolognese for dinner. And I lift off the lid with the pasta in and the steam burnt me. However this was really painful it was also on my wrist where the crease is. I thought the pain would subside however it’s been stinging for hours, even after running it under cold water. Now it’s bandaged up of course still stinging like a mother &*%@!?. I should mention that this post did take me a long time to write seeing as how my right hand usually plays a big role in the typing of these posts. Well that’s all I can think of for today, and I think my exam went well so I should expect to hear a reply soon.

New hair, new attitude

Well today I got a new haircut. And seeing as how my hair used to be pretty long and draped over to one side, it’s feels odd to see it suddenly so different. However I’ve got good compliments and to be honest I am rather fond of it. Also I had one of those days where you see life in a different light. So yeah so far today has been good, not to mention the fact I’m going out later with some friends and my friend Sam is getting some girl to come along who I’ve taken a liking to. So who knows, see what today brings and I’ll just go with the flow. Well that’s all I can think of to mention in this post, I know it kind of sucks but it’s the best I could do.

The most amazing thunderstorm

Well I was inside looking at my pictures I had taken the day before, which by the way have been put on the digital photography page. Back to the point though, and then there were a few small droplets of water hitting the window, then suddenly just like that torrential rain started pouring down and lightning and thunder started. It was flash after flash, then bang after bang. However it was so incredible, personally I love that kind of weather, it just gives me a wonderful rush and buzz. So the cats and I started to watch it from inside behind the window. I have some pictures below of what it was like, nothing fancy but you get the picture. There isn’t much of a point to this post, I just wanted to show some pictures of the weather I’ve been having.

Town tomorrow

Well since I have nothing better to do tomorrow, and my time lately has been consumed with “Grand Theft Auto IV” and the fact I’m still in wait for another Europe Maple Story server I want to do something else. So hopefully tomorrow some friends and I will be going to town to see Iron Man at the Fact. Which I’m looking forward to not to mention my friend is the owner of a Chinese take away so that equals free food and drink. I also might be able to get some excellent pictures tomorrow while out, to expand my digital photography page.

Digital photographs now on show

Well if anyone is interested, I’ve now got some of my hand picked photographs to be shown to the public. Out of the many pictures already taken I’ve only put on five, and there will be more to come. I’m just glad there finally up especially now I have them the way I want them to look. I hope you like them, and I look forward to reading any comments. Plus there should be an update to my Art’s page, due to me working on a picture over the last two days.

A present for finishing

Well today has been a real productive day, I have got half of a drawing done to be posted on my blog in the near future. I’ve earned some of the money I had after rewarding myself with “Grand Theft Auto IV”, plus I’ve completed more missions. But the most surprising and best of all is that my parents decided to get me a camera bag for my Nikon D40, as well as a Bamboo drawing tablet. Which basically aids your drawing on the computer meaning you can draw very detailed and effectively but without a pencil and paper. This should come in a big use for me when I start my course in September. As of yet I haven’t had much chance to use it but it does work well, so I guess I have another gadget to play with over the holidays.

A reward after art

Well now that I handed in all my work this year for art so it can be marked. I decided to reward myself with all the money I had saved up for this special occasion. So I went out to town and bought from “Grand Theft Auto IV”. And I must say it is one of the best games released onto the Xbox 360 (or Xbox Elite in my case). The graphics are a lot better, though some features from the previous game are missing its still excellent fun. And the physics engine in it is really incredible. So far I’ve had endless fun, and the missions and odd jobs you get are seriously cool. The only thing I regret is now I only have a bit of money left for going out. But as I’ve mentioned I will be getting a job soon, so it’s not all bad. Well I’m going to get back to my game, peace out. 

Art deadline

Tomorrow I have my Art deadline, so I need to hand in my three folios of work. One of them contains my project related to cities, one about my identity, and the last one is my exam piece which I based on graphic novels and story telling. So I’m going to be improving my folios all day today, so no posts today. Wish me luck on getting my desired A grade, later.
